We were winning in the first half, by a good cut back by Nitin for Yugantar to score in the 30th min..The Opponents were very experienced and very skillful, and it was a good test for us.
We conceded 2 late goals in the second half, first when ball bounced over a stone for Goalkeeper ..making it difficult.. Then we made matters more, by Defender Manish conceding a penalty in the 85th min..From their side : Obed, Amit Sharma, Goldy Rawat were the good players and from our side Gaurav Rawat, Sunny and Rajpal Rawat played well

A competitive match, where we came out winners.
Gaurav Bisht scored the only goal, when he got rewarded for his efforts, by a lucky rebound coming to him, and he converted it, in the 50th min.
In defence Rajpal Rawat and Divyansh Kumar stood out, and in defence Harsh Bisht played well.

Our coaches seemed to have got the combination right. The GK Ashish Vidyarthi provided stability in defence and Rawat excelled there. In the midfield , new trainee , Harish did a good job in ball distribution, and in the attack Yugantar, who is originally from Assam did well to score a brace. Sachin, scored the first goal from a long ranger, and kept taking shots on the goal from midfield. Another new trainee, Dev Malik scored one in the dying minutes to make it 4-0 !

A draw was the end result, however the story was quite different on the ground..
Our team worked hard to contain the marauding CISF players in the first half.
In the second half, Divyansh scored 2 goals in the 70th and 80th min to make us 2-0 up. However, the security men attacked in vengeance and converted 2 goals in the dying minutes. For us, Manish in Defence, Sunny in midfield and Divyansh in attack stood out, and got Gatorades etc.

Half the pitch was flooded with water, so our team could not score in first half. Also, our Jai made some acrobatic saves to stop the opponent strikers. Our strikers clicked in the 2nd half and one goal by Dev Malik and 2 fine goals by Devansh, led to a fine result.
